Refund policy


Returns
All sales are final, I don't accept returns. By purchasing from this store you acknowledge this policy. Please double check the size charts if you are purchasing apparel. You can request a refund in the event that an item was never delivered or arrived damaged. 


Damages and other issues
If your order arrived damaged, please send an email (with pictures) to sealkiecove@gmail.com. You can choose between a full refund or I can resend your order. Please allow 5-8 business days for processing + shipping if shipping domestically. International orders may take up to 2 months for processing + shipping. 

If your item never arrived, but was marked 'delivered' by the delivery company, please wait a business day or two first. Sometimes things get marked as delivered the day before they actually arrive. Unfortunately, I don't offer refunds for lost packages, but most shipping companies offer free insurance on missing deliveries and will reimburse you. I highly suggest contacting the shipping company. 

If there was an error with your mailing address, please contact me IMMEDIATELY (sealkiecove@gmail.com) with your order number and the correct address. If the order was already shipped, I can no longer change the address.  


Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis, and the buyer is responsible for return postage. If the item is lost in postage, sealkie cove cannot resend the order. Once the returned item has arrived to me, please allow 5-8 business days for processing + shipping if shipping domestically. International orders may take up to 2 months for processing + shipping. 

Refunds
Full refunds can be sent in the event that a customer never received their item and it was not marked as 'delivered' by the delivery company.
