These are to give you a better idea of the sizing, but please still measure a favorite non-stretchy shirt across and use the size chart to guide you. 

CARE/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Wash in cold or lukewarm water on gentle and hang dry, or air dry the shirt flat, to prevent it from wrinkling. These shirts are pre-shrunk, but do not put it in the dryer on a high heat setting as this may still cause shrinkage.
